Wellbeing and Mindfulness Coaching Sessions and Workshops

Anxiety and stress are inhibitors. In a post-pandemic world we are seeing a concerning increase in mental health issues that are preventing people achieving their best or even showing up to the arena. Wellbeing has to be given the time and the consideration needed to stem the flow of ‘absence’ in the workplace and in the classrooms. If it is not addressed, employers and schools are going to see further drops in attendance, engagement and recruitment. To invest in wellbeing is to invest in the future of our workforce and organisations.

I offer coaching and practical workshops for individuals, teams and schools who are interested in the power of Positive Psychology to calm, restore balance and find clarity of purpose in both professional and personal contexts. Workshops and individual sessions are designed around specific areas of need with the agreement with the client and organisation.

I collaborate with UK and International schools to bring about positive change for Senior Leadership teams, staff and students. These workshops are bespoke and designed to be either one off events, or can be integrated into the whole school policy and curriculum. 

With training in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and .b (Mindfulness in Schools Project) I bring accessible and proven techniques to help restore a sense of calm and clear purpose.
