Are you ready to expand your thinking?
In a world that is still not so far away from having been locked down and locked in, are you striving to break out and consider new horizons?
Do you yearn for a sense of SPACE?
SPACE to think, to be curious, to breathe, to be fully seen, to be fully heard.
Where are you now? Where do you want to be 5 years from now? Together we can look at the gap, the space between where you are and where you want to be. Our minds can work in partnership to get you there.
‘Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom’ - Viktor Frankl
I have 30 years experience of helping others to feel and achieve their best.
Having presented to audiences in a number of different contexts, I have firsthand experience of the challenges we face as presenters and leaders. We need to be confident communicators if we are to flourish and be heard in a fast paced and high octane world.
I have a wealth of experience helping others to engage with their audience, whether that be as a leader, a presenter, an educator or a performer. For many of us, our livelihoods depend on our ability to connect meaningfully with our audiences. My work with clients helps them be fully seen, heard and understood. Working with physical intelligence, I understand the importance of the mind and body connection. My work has always centred around helping others to identify their skills, strengths and values in order that they may step more confidently into their worlds. As a coach with a background in education and drama I understand the many roles we all play and the pressure upon us to perform with conviction.
Join me. I can help you hold your head up, summon up your courage and step confidently onto your platform for success.
The Power of Play
My coaching style often draws upon my background in education and theatre. I use a playful approach to unlock creative and innovative thinking. Creativity is widely recognised to be the source of all growth. To play is to grow.
“Once people understand what play does for them, they can learn to bring a sense of excitement back to their lives, and engage fully with the world” - Stuart Brown (Founder of The National Institute for Play)
