Who do I work with?

I bring creative thinking to approaching challenges for Executives, Leaders and Managers across a variety of sectors.

Arts Professionals - from all disciplines face daily creative challenges within a climate of financial constraint. I work with them as a thinking partner and coach to make creative progress in spite of constraints or perceived limitations.

Leaders - from all sectors work with me to seek clarity and creative ways to realise their  ambitious goals. Our work will often include preparation for senior positions and ideas around managing stress and responsibilities positively.

Managers - from all sectors work with me to achieve a more positive sense of group dynamic with their teams. Our work will often help to develop positive ideas around collaborative work and a heightened sense of purpose.

Educators- from within National and International School systems. I work with Senior Leaders and school professionals to bring a coaching approach and creative thinking to staff development and staff / student wellbeing.
